Our Rates

Rate Structure

Rates are monthly and all inclusive. Electric, water, sewer, garbage, and internet are included in the monthly pricing. Guests have no additional utility bills.

Pricing

  • 30 Amp Hookup $600 per month

  • 50 Amp Hookup $700 per month

Deposit

  • The deposit to hold a site for the following month is $200 and will be subtracted from the first month’s rent payment.

  • Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the move in date are non-refundable.
